Hope Foundation ("we," "us," or "our") provides this website (the "Site") and related services subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (the "Agreement"). 3.1.2 Recurring Donations

If you choose to set up a recurring donation, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule you selected until you cancel. You may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

3.1.3 Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe an error has occurred with your donation, please contact us within 30 days of the donation date. We will review your request and may issue a refund at our discretion.

3.2 Tax Receipts

We provide tax receipts for all donations of $250 or more. For donations under $250, your payment confirmation serves as your receipt for tax purposes. Annual tax statements are sent by January 31st for the previous calendar year.

3.3 Use of Donations

We make every effort to use donations as designated by donors. However, we reserve the right to reallocate funds to similar programs if:

• A specific program becomes fully funded
• A program is no longer operational
• Circumstances require reallocation for maximum impact

We maintain financial transparency and provide annual reports detailing how donations are used.

4.1 Ownership

All Content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Hope Foundation or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

4.2 Trademarks

The Hope Foundation name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Hope Foundation or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

4.3 Limited License

You may download or print a copy of any portion of the Content for personal, non-commercial use, provided you:

• Do not modify the Content
• Retain all copyright and proprietary notices
• Do not use the Content for commercial purposes
